What’s more interesting are the salary ranges for each job level at each company. The amount of variance can be justified sometimes but it looks to us as if more software developers should be asking for more than 10% increase over their last salary if they’re going to get a job at Facebook, Google, Amazon, or Microsoft.
We can’t wait to see their next reports, which will expand beyond the top four tech companies.
